Detox to Retox theme by Marg

What’s in my basket this week:

  • the long sought after almond butter (bye bye, nutella. although our relationship was harmful for me, I’ll always love you and will think of you…)
  • eggs (white because brown were more expensive… why?)
  • baby carrots
  • radishes
  • pears
  • avocados
  • asparagus
  • roasted red pepper hummus
  • plain greek yogurt
  • whole wheat english muffins
  • garlic and fine herb goat cheese
  • 100g proscuitto
  • 100g roasted turkey, lean
  • bananas
  • baby oranges (I apparently like miniature foods?)
  • peppers
  • cucumber
  • tilapia
  • lean chicken breasts
  • tofu
  • ziploc baggies (as bad as they are for the environment, sometimes I just don’t want a container… guilty. but I re-use them sometimes so they last way longer than they should!)

walking home with this in the snow was NOT fun. but this has been the weekend of me: groceries, cleaned my bathroom, room, vacuumed, did laundry, and did readings/studying. now I’m going to organize the kitchen and cook my healthy foods so I don’t feel lame eating counter-productive foods after I work out.

STUDENT LIFE, brrrrrap!

…if you read this post, I applaud you. *hugs*

  2. hello-annie said: I like mini food too! Haha it’s just so cute :) So I’ve never tried radishes before, what are they like?
