hello hello-annie! first of all, yay! you read my extensive list hahah. I couldn’t quite describe the taste of radishes for you, but wikipedia has done a great job: has a crisp texture, and a pungent, peppery flavour, similar to wasabi, horseradish, and mustard.

also, a little bonus fact: I’ve been cutting up my baby radishes and dipping them in home made guacamole. I find the ‘pungent’ radish flavour a bit harsh on it’s own so the guac really helps. plus, better radishes than chips in guac, right? omnomnom!
